Applications are now being accepted for the 2025–2026 school year! New Horizons New Directions Preparatory Academy, powered by K12 Private Academy, is an accredited online private school serving grades K–8. With the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program, eligible families can offset tuition costs while accessing a high-quality education from the comfort of home.
There are two more scholarship application periods for the 2025–2026 school year. You can apply during the following periods:
- September 1–September 30, 2025
- November 10–December 12, 2025

Apply for the Georgia Promise scholarship program and select New Horizons New Directions Preparatory Academy as the school in your application.

Step 1: Create an Enrollment Account
K12’s enrollment portal provides access to your online application to New Horizons New Directions Preparatory Academy powered by K12 Private Academy, along with real-time alerts and quick links to important info.
Step 2: Submit an Application
Once you’ve begun an application in K12’s enrollment portal, click the option to add a new student or continue with your application. Simply fill in the fields with your child’s information, select New Horizons New Directions Preparatory Academy, and hit Submit.
Step 3: Upload Additional Documents
In this step, you’ll provide more detailed information about your child and upload additional documents, such as proof of residency and previous school records. For a list of specific documents that will be required, contact our enrollment consultants at 855.308.5537.
Step 4: Welcome to New Horizons New Directions Preparatory Academy!
After successfully completing the enrollment process and arranging for tuition payment, your student will be approved. Please check your email for important information regarding your student’s status and how to access the K12 School (OLS).
